Xiaomi Band 8 Pro is scheduled to be officially launched in China on August 14, along with Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, and Xiaomi Pad 6 Max. The latest wearable is the successor to the last calendar year’s Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro. Before the official launch in the coming days, the Chinese brand constantly reveals the design and specs that will be included. It’s confirmed to have an oblong display dial and will feature a 1.74-inch screen. It will also support a variety of sports features.

Xiaomi Smart Ecosystem, via its official Weibo handle, has announced the Xiaomi Band 8 Pro launch on August 14. The event’s launch will start at 7:15 pm (local time) (4:30 pm IST). Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will also launch during the same event on August 14 in China. Xiaomi revealed additional details regarding the design and presentation of the wearable via Facebook, a social network.

 

It is believed that the Xiaomi Band 8 Pro is being teased to feature an elongated display that resembles the design style of the most recent Apple Watch units. The model is displayed in various bands featuring a white dial. It’ll feature a 1.74-inch display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 336ppi pixel density, and 16.7 million colors. It will be more extensive compared to the 1.64-inch display of the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro. Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Pro. In addition, the forthcoming watch is said to have fitness features such as heart rate monitoring and steps. The wearable will also permit users to play music directly from the wristband.
